What is the lead time and arrival process?
Samples typically take 3-5 working days. For quantity orders, the lead time is approximately 15-20 working days depending on the order volume. We ship via Express (DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT), which usually takes 3-7 days to arrive.
Can we brand our logo or name on the lights?
Yes, this is acceptable with a 1 piece MOQ. Extra silk screen fees may apply for special requests. We can also customize the packaging for you.
